Which card has better overclocking potential ?

which is better asus strix 1070 ti or evga 1070 ti sc Black. which can you overclock the most and is asus strix worth the 20.16 extra eur

I'd go with the EVGA card but you will need to know that ll the cards will go to the same maximum number since Nvidia has put a threshold on how far you can overclock on their GPU's regardless of the cooler that's slapped onto the card. If you're wondering, the difference in cooler design will help keep the card cooler and often times deliver cleaner power but it's not going to mash fancible unicorns...
