Gigabyte gtx 960 4Gb or MSI R9 380 4Gb,which is better at all and why?Are there any problems with the driver of AMD at all?

Solution
The 380 is better imo. They are very close tho so just go with whatever company you prefer. One thing to take into account tho is the 900 series cant actually support Async, so it won't get as good performance as the r9 380 in DX12, so in the next couple of years when dx12 fully comes out the r9 380 will actually be better.

The R9 380 is a better card altogether because in my understanding it is a higher card where as the GTX 960 is just a mid range card, also from what I have heard from people who own a GTX 960 and a 380 they say that the 960 is nice and powerful but th 380 just pushes out more, I have a R9 290 and it was well worth it but the drivers aren't released as much as an Nvidia's drivers which seem like they are better but I think its because they are released a lot more often than the AMD drivers.

The 960 and 380 are both mid-high end cards. But yes the r9 380 is better as it has slightly better performance right now, but in the future when DX12 fully comes out the r9 380 will come out on top by far.
