Question which card is the best for 170 USD?

i have 170 USD for upgrade my graphic card gtx750ti.

i am between rx 570 and gtx 1650.
my pc:
asus b250 prime
i3 7100
8gb ram 2400
evga 600w
benq 24' 1080p
what do you recomend me?

If you ask me, then I would recommend the RX 570. It is slightly faster as well. Though, the 1650 is more power efficient. BTW, your current i3 CPU might bottleneck these cards, IMO.

YES. That's a decent GPU brand.

i used my msi gtx 750ti for 3 years and never ran into issues at all. i am looking for solid brand that bring me the same 3 years of partial time gaming 3-6 hour /day, until i could upgrade again...

Yes the card should lat least last for few years.

As mentioned before, PowerColor is a known GPU brand, though Powercolor is a second tier budget manufacturer. They only make cards for AMD. The same goes for Palit, Biostar, Galax, PNY, Sparkle, and VisionTek which are all budget manufacturers, if you compare them to MSI, ASUS, Gigabyte, Sapphire, XFX and EVGA.

Should of grabbed the RX 570 or 580 for that price.

yes, but in my country, the prices are the same gigabyte gtx 1650 190usd and asrock or powercolor rx 570 190 usd, the gigabyte rx 570 220usd, i live in Cuba. Thanks for all.
