he's right the best card worth ~10000 is nvidia gtx 750 ti and will work fine on all modern games .
but from above you suggested none are worth.
and also if you want to update your graphic card you would not want it be replaced by geforce 210 it is awful card .

you are right buddy but still i have a very tight budget becus i have recentely buyed an laptop this budget is just for my kid brother who is mad about games

so i just want to buy a graphic card under so that he can play game smoothly ( even on the less resolution)

just need to play normal game even on low - medium settings
kindly suggest me something to what to do

c mon bro it is 5000 and my budget you remember and also it is DDR5 ,and have you seen me system specs.

None of the cards you suggested will be an upgrade to your 9500GT, you're better off saving up.

(EDIT: The 6670 should provide a decent increase, but the DDR3 holds it back by a large margin. Should do fine on lower resolutions at reduced settings)

well thats what i was thinking too but what about my motherboard can it will support this , as i only picked up some name from the net thats all

well thanks for all your support gtx 970 & GTX 980 ti both are far out of my budget
but once again thanks for your concern
may i should wait for about six months and then i can get it

.............THANX..........
