So which card should i take? and what is the difference between them?
SAPPHIRE PULSE RADEON RX 580 4GB GDDR5 PCIE 11265-09-20G price - 183eur

or
SAPPHIRE RADEON RX 580 NITRO+ 4GB GDDR5 PCIE 11265-07-20G price 176eur

I've read the specifications of both cards and the only difference i saw was the nitro clock was little bit higher and nitro used 1-8pin power and an optional 6pin power connector? How can it be optional? If I oc or boost it I should connect both of them? Don't really understand.
And some cosmetic difference, the nitro has some rgbs. So which one should i pick? The nitro is 7 eures cheaper too.

I think that power supply will do it. Im right on my budget limit and the cx550m costs 14 eur more..
As for the nitro card - http://sapphirenitro.sapphiretech.com/en/580-4.html#specifications
In the specifications and the very end of the page this is written "1 x 8-pin + 1 x 6-pin (optional) AUX Power Connector" so I don't understand what that "Optional" there means.

Understandable. About the psu then, is the corsair cx450 better than bequiet system power9 500w? Not much in price difference so I might take that instead. Will cx 450w will be enough for a system when a gpu takes 235w?

Your build is quite good but need some changes
1) Used faster RAM, RAM which have atleast 3000Mhz frequency, as ryzen tends to perform better with faster RAM
2) Your PSU can handle the build but I strongly suggest you to get a better PSU as AMD components are power hungry

Well sadly there are no 3000-3200mhz 2x4gb ram sticks in my country that are supported by this motherboard QVL memory pdf. So im going with 2666mhz that aren't overclocked and I will try to overclock them myself to 2993mhz.
I think the psu can handle it. Gpu 235w + cpu 65w=300w so there is about 150w left for other components. I don't know if i need or can go higher with the psu. Im right on my 500eur budget limit.
