Which card to buy, for playing latest titles on a low resolution (1366 x 768 or lower) ?

Hey guys i have an old lcd monitor at 1024 x 768.
i am going to upgrade my pc, keeping this monitor...
here is my config....

intel core i5 4440
asus H81 M-plus
Corsair ( 2x4GB ) 1600 MHz valueselect
seagate barracuda / WD Blue 1TB, 7200 RPM
Antec X1 case
corsair VS 450 PSU

Please suggest me one GPU at a modest price....
What about radeon HD 6670 or the latest R7 240 & 250 ????
or any other ??
Even if i upgrade my display, it will be a 19" 1366 x 768 one.....

The ASUS HD7750-1GD5-V2 http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B007RFYEQW would be a great card for what you want. You have plenty of power for it and it should be able to run most current games on high or ultra settings at your resolution.

It's also very silent and will run quite cool.

You can power a PC with a 7750 with a 350W PSU.
