Hi, first time up here. I am a streamer and I’m looking to upgrade my build. I feel I need to get a better gpu to help improve my overall performance in game and on stream. I currently have a ryzen 1600x at factory clock, GTX 980 reference model with a +150 MHz offset and +350 MHz offset on the cards memory. I get decent frames in game(Fortnite) of about 1080p 65-85. And the stream runs at 720 60fps. I want to have 1080p 60 FPS on stream and on the game. Idk what card I should upgrade too. I’ve been looking at GTX 1660S and the rx5700xt. I want an nvidia card due to the automatic clipping of kills. My 3 choices rn are
RTX 2060(a little out of my price range)
GTX 1660S
Or the
RX 5700xt

If you could get the 2060 thatd be your best option, however I would then say to get the 2060 super because if you get an OC'd variant, and then OC that, its basically a 2070 for the price of a 2060s.

But if you couldnt save up a bit more for the 2060s, I would get the 5700xt as the 5700xt is better than the 2060 super. However it has a higher TDP and is harder to cool which means lower boost clocks depending on the variant you would get.

So it would come down to what your willing to buy, or what your willing to deal with to get better performance.

EDIT: The 2060 is cheaper than the 5700xt btw. But again the 5700xt is meant to compete with the 2060s. Also as a content creator, the 2060s has a better video encoder, much better than...
