so I am confused with which card should I buy
I have 2 cards:
ROG-STRIX-RTX2070S-O8G-GAMING
or
EVGA GeForce RTX 2080 XC GAMING

the rtx 2070 super has better engine clock than the rtx 2080
but the 2080 has more CUDA cores than the 2070 super
I prefer performance than graphics. and does they support amd freesync?

Is budget a matter? If so how much does each one cost? I'm not going to ask what the make and model of your PSU and it's age is, since it seems like you might be covered on that front. If you think you might be in a sketchy area, please list your specs as well for us to understand if you're getting the best out of the purchase.
