Having trouble deciding on case for first-time build. Looking for a relatively inexpensive case. Prefer quiet windowless case. It will be in a bedroom, so no garish LED lights. Want at least 2 front USB points (ideally 3.0), headphone and microphone ports.

Some system specs:
CPU: i5-6500
GPU: Nvidia EVGA GTX 950 FTW
HD: 1 SSD, 1 (maybe 2) platter HD
Motherboard: Likely ATX
RAM: 2 sticksx4 GB (maybe later 4 sticks)

Carbide 100R Silent Edition is cheapest. I think I like this case the best (external fan control, closed top, silent foam). But I'm worried about whether it has enough cooling or cable management space.

Carbide 200R is only about $5 more. I've heard good things about this case. I doesn't seem like a bad choice, but I'm worried stuff (dust, spilled drinks) could fall through the mesh top. Also, like being able to rest stuff (like external dvd drives) on top of computer case. Don't know if that would be a great idea on a mesh top case like the 200R. Also maybe more noise than other options?

Define R4 is most expensive (maybe at least $20 more?) and heaviest. I like the "moduvent" idea, but I'm worried the swing door could eventually break. Also, the reviews that I read don't make it seem that much quieter than other cases (but maybe I'm reading the wrong reviews).

Other case recommendations are also appreciated. Need to buy soon (ideally tonight), so quick responses appreciated. Thanks.

the fractal r4 is in a completely different class and far superior than the other cases mentioned. if you are reading a review showing it to be "not that much quieter" then rest assured that the r4 has two very nice 140mm fans and overall cooling will be much better than the other cases out the box options. on the other hand with a very cool running i5-6500 and gtx950, you really dont need its cooling power, but its definitely nice to have.

Thanks. I ended up going with the 100R Silent Edition ($44). I agree the R4 generally the superior case. I would have gotten it, but the deal on it expired making it significantly more expensive ($100). I'm a little worried about cooling and cabling space with the 100R, but (as nikoli707 said) I get the feeling that its good enough for my system needs.
