Are you sure? The Thermaltake Chaser A31 is only a mid tower, is it less than the better of the 2? Please explain

You said that you wanted a window on the side panel, but this case it's more like a clear window with a fan mount, making it really not windowed if that makes sense. There is a difference between an actual windowed panel and one with a fan on it. 🙁

This is a nice case for it's price. It comes with 2 led fans in the front and one in the back for exhaust. You can add (1) 200mm fan on the top or (2) 120mm or 140mm on the top for additional cooling. This has USB 3.0 and a side panel like you wanted. The motherboard standoffs should be pre installed looking at a couple videos. Also, there are some tie down points for cable management. For $70 + 10 shipping this is a great case! Of course there are better cases out there but for your price range I recommend this.
