If i stuck with the 80$ GA-Z97-HD3 and 50$ Spec-01 what would you put the extra 30$ to. I have every part except MOBO, Case, and EVGA GTX 1060(06G-P4-6161-KR)

If having leftover money could you invest that in a better cooler.With a "Z" motherboard could you make all four cores run at max turbo speed and that would benefit from a better cooler.
