Which combination of cpu and gpu is better for gaming?

I have two systems at the moment and i'm wondering what combination of the gpus/cpus would work best together for mid level gaming.

CPUs to choose from:
e5800
Q9400

GPUs:
gtx 650
GTX 275

I've had the e5800 overclocked to 3.6ghz and the q9400 to 3.2ghz. I don't plan to over clock them anymore than that... unless i run into a better motherboard. The ram in both systems is ddr2 800 pc6400.

People are saying the gtx 650 TI is 30% faster than the gtx 275... but at the same time the gtx 650 is about 50% slower than the 650 ti. >.< confused
