Which component should I upgrade in the future? Please help ASAP!

Hi,
I got a new gaming pc which is not at budget, but therefore it isn't super expensive. I was wondering which gpu/cpu or extra ram should I add/replace in the future, should that be i5 7600k, gtx 1060, gtx 1070 etc etc.
Btw these are the specs:

Intel core i5 7400@3.0ghz
Xfx rx 460 2gb single fan
8gb ram
120gb toshiba ssd
1tb wd green caviar hdd
Dvd rom reader
500w psu with 1x6 pin pcie connector

I am currently gaming on 1920x1080 at medium/high settings. Games what i play: Fallout 4,CoD4 MW (2007) , Unturned 3.0, Minecraft, Roblox, GTA5 , Paladins and Fortnite. They are all running fine, but fallout 4 is sometimes, at some places in game, unlike gta5 and other games running slow, let's say at 30 fps or less. I am saying in future because then the price of components will fall down, and then I'll have more time to collect money for it. Sorry if I made any mistake/s when writing.

What motherboard do you have? Unless you have a Z170 or Z270 there is little benefit of going by to a i5 7600k. You would probably be better off looking at 7700 or 7700k (if Z motherboard).

You would see the biggest improvement going for a GPU upgrade to something like a 1060 but in cpu heavy games like you mention you will get some FPS drops due to your cpu.

Your gpu is by far the biggest bottleneck in your system. So i would upgrade it first.
Since your psu only has one 6 pin connector i would go for a 1060 6gb. But if you dont mind waiting a couple of months longer, you could go for the new gtx11 series.

I would agree on the GPU being the biggest problem. You can get second hand GPU's cheap now due to the crypto market dropping. 1070's going for new 1060 prices. But like Serinox mentions you are limited by the power supply on running a 1070 not on power but the amount of PCI-e connectors it has. You can use adapters from molex or sata to PCI-e but i'm not sure if I would be comfortable running a card like that. Getting your ram to 16GB would also be a good thing once you've sorted your GPU out. Don't think i would be looking to upgrade much past that for awhile.
