Hey!
So I finally have the chance to build a brand new PC I would only use for 100% gaming in 1080p.
1. Most important: Which one would you choose?
A.)
Intel Core i7-4790 3,6GHz LGA1150
Asus STRIX-GTX970-DC2OC-4GD5 4GB
ASRock H97M LGA1150
HyperX Fury Black 8GB 1866MHz DDR3
Seagate ST1000DX001 1TB SSHD
Corsair CXM 600W Modul
DeepCool Steam Castle mATX case
B.)
same as above, but:
Intel Core i5-4690K 3,5GHz LGA1150
Asus STRIX-GTX980-DC2OC-4GD5
As I know I5 is good for gaming, but nowdays with games like GTA 5, Witcher 3 and lots of MMO's, would an I7 be a better choice (even if I get the "weaker" gtx 970 with it)?
2. 8 or 16 GB DDR3 memory ram? If 16 GB is not that important, I would not really spend too much money on it.
3. I heard that GTX 970 only has got 3,5 GB VRAM. In any case would It be a problem for me in the future? Anyone who has the same card, experienced any problem with games like gta5, witcher 3, far cry 4? (I like AMD too, but I would like a smaller power consumption card).
Thank you very much for the help in advance!
