Currently looking for a CPU cooler for the new i7-6700k to upgrade my PC. I have this case right now:
Cooler Master HAF 932
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811119160

and this CPU cooler right now:
Intel BXRTS2011LC
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835203006

but I am moving my current CPU and cooler into a different machine so I am looking to get another CPU cooler. With my case which of these two will provide better cooling:
Single fan on the back, which is what I currently have:
ZALMAN LQ-320 Water/Liquid CPU Cooler 120MM
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835118136

or use this with two fans but it takes the spot of my large top fan:
NZXT Kraken X61 RL-KRX61-01 280mm

Honestly I am not too concerned about volume unless one is significantly louder.

I think the problem you'll run into with the kraken is that the x61 is a 280mm radiator. Rather than 240 like a corsair h100i (2x 120mm fans) the x61 uses 2x 140mm fans. Unless I'm mistaken the top of your case accepts either the larger 230mm fan it comes with or 2 120mm fans in the top, no 140mm fan mount holes. Otherwise it would be the better cooler.

A dual radiator should be plenty (240mm/280mm). Going to a triple radiator like a 360 is better suited to running fans at lower speeds for lower noise levels while still getting good cooling. A single radiator will still work but the fan has to move faster (louder) to achieve the same cooling with less surface area. As surface area increases (to a point) the fans can be kept at low/med speed to keep excellent cooling.

The h100i was more or less just an example. It can get somewhat loud when the fans spin up. I was thinking your case only had 2 120mm mounts on top but I see it has a 3rd. Not sure how well that would work with a 360mm rad and one third of it covered by a plastic shroud with just a small vent. The other two would blow straight out.

The raijintek triton 240mm might be worth a look. Check the next page after this one for the noise results. Like other liquid coolers it gets a bit loud under max load though it cools better than the h100i and doesn't get any louder than the h100i. The only thing is I'm not sure about quality control, I don't use aio coolers (never had a need to) and it's a bit of a newer cooler. Can't really speak to how well it hold up over the long haul, although it's not an entirely maintenance free cooler. It can be drained, refilled, able to work out air bubbles I'm sure. A few more possibilities than a completely sealed system.

This is just the green version, there are red and blue ones too I think.
