Which cooler is better for overclocking?

The Dark Rock TF by Be Quiet or the Noctua NH-C14S?
Or is there any other cooler I should consider? The max height of the cooler has to be 156 mm (that's why I chose these 2) and I've got low ram, so no worries there.
