Which cooler should I choose?

I'm planning on buying a Ryzen 3 2200G CPU. I want to overclock it to about 3,8-3,9GHZ at 1,3-1,4 volts, with the graphics chip at 1,3-1,6GHZ at 1,2-1,25 volts. I can't decide wich cooler should I buy. I saw an online article, where the guy was able to run the chip at 3.9GHZ with a Deepcool gammax 200T at a stable 55°C.
Others say, this cooler is too small and I should invest in something like the be quiet! shadow rock 2.
How much heat does this chip generate when overclocked? Also, any cooler suggetsions are welcome.

for the price of the cooler, you'd be better getting 2400G 😉

What case and RAM are you using? The cases max CPU cooler height and the height of the RAM will be a big factor in what you're able to use. From there you can look in to your cooling options.

Both coolers can fit in my case, and the ram won't be an issue. It's a pretty closed case with not many cooling options. I think i'm going to choose something between the two, as I'm on a tight budget.

If you're on a tight budget, then the GAMMAXX 200T should be fine. On the overclocking reviews I saw with your planned combo, it performed very well. It archived a better overclock than the Wrath cooler and kept the temps far lower. Noise levels while doing the OC were kept at a very low level as well. My only real complaint with the GAMMAXX 200T is the mounting system. The clip system wasn't particularly good 20 years ago, let alone today. But for a budget cooler it does the job.

The Shadow Rock 2 at double the price isn't likely going to offer much more than what the Gammaxx will give you with that APU. If you were to move up to the 5 or 7 series chips, then I'd say get it for sure as it has a much higher TDP and better mounting system. But for a budget build, it seems to be overkill.
