Which cooler should I get.

I saw that the Cooler Master Hyper 212 was very cheap and had good review but then I saw this cheap water cooler: Dragon Liquid Cooler and I couldn't find any information about it so I cant tell if its good or not. which cooler should I get? I will be overclocking my CPU so whatever one could be best for that is what im looking for.

Don't buy a cooler unless its got good reviews. The CM Hyper 212 evo has. And so has the Cryorig H7.
