Which CPU cooler is better?

I am torn between the ARCTIC Freezer 33 eSports ONE and the Cooler Master Hyper 212 Black Edition... I have had the Arctic freezer in the past and works well but is the cooler master better?
The CPU is i5-8600k

For an 8600k , I wouldn't use either , not sufficient.
