Which CPU for Abit BH6 Mobo

I have an Abit BH6 motherboard Rev 1.01. I want to put a PIII 600 chip on this board, but I am confused because of the number of different possibliities available. I know the board will not work with Coppermine and I have no clue about what SECC2 is. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

I have the same exact motherboard you have. I used to have a PII-450MHZ in it. I just recently upgraded it to a PIII-850MHZ COPPERMINE 100MHZ SLOT-1 version.

This is the fastest chip you can put in your BH6. It works great and is super fast! Nice upgrade for me. I payed around $230 for the chip about a month ago. It was a retail box chip.

Forget the 600MHZ chip get the 850MHZ. Know I know I could I have bought an Athlon 1200MHZ chip for the same price, but I didnt feel like getting a new motherboard etc.

SECC2 is a package that fits into a slot 1 motherboard.
