Hi I'm really confused here and can't decide what to go for.

I am running a i3 3220 with 8gigs 1600mhz and gtx 750ti on a asrock b75 Pro-3m.

I'm so pissed looking at cpu being at 99% all the time I want to upgrade my cpu but I'm confused weather I should get a i5 3570 in 185 usd or i7 3770 in 240usd or get a i5 7500 which costs 250 usd + 70usd for a h110 board + 70 usd for 8gigs for ram, total 390... Is it worth selling my parts and getting newer one or just getting a processor would be fine? And bottleneck? Don't think about that if I save money I'll get a gtx 1060 or a gtx 1050 ti atleast, which are 300usd and 190usd.

So guys welp is it worth spending twice to go on new Gen? Cpu don't cost too cheap tho even used cpu are priced same as new ones.

I just bought one of these but didn't get to try it because my old motherboard gave up on me.

Xeon E3-1230 http://www.ebay.com/itm/Intel-Xeon-Processor-E3-1230-8M-Cache-3-20-GHz-SR00H-COSTA-RICA-/222441010985?hash=item33ca847729:g:cXMAAOSwol5YyYwB

It's a quad-core with hyper-threading and may be worth your $82. Basically an i7-2600 but 200MHz slower. But there's also the V2, which is Ivy Bridge and a little faster for $120ish.

Just something to consider in case you didn't know about them.

it all depends on your budget, i would go for newer parts because ram, ddr3 on your old mainboard will not get faster, ddr4 on the other hand will run faster, evne on this basic h110 you mention

remember that the 110 you mention must have a recent bios version to work with i7 cpus, like that i5 7500 you mention, so be sure to buy one that comes with the latest bios version, or just buy a b250, that one will surely support the i5

are you using amazon? because ebay's way cheaper at used components. also ddr4 prices are going up due to micron and samsung investing r&d into 18mm manufacturing. try to look for a 3770k used unless u have a $600+ budget to spend. for me, i personally upgrade every 5 generations. so if i had a 3rd gen i5, i would wait til the 8th gen i7. buy what you need, not what you want. wise words

Yes these are from my ebay india only the problem is the new i5 7600 and old i7 37700 costs same :'( this why im confused is it worth not buying a newer gen cpu? or i get new cpu but ditch the gpu for a while? I avoid buying from ebay.com since import duties are quite high in India. So i just wanted to know how much of a difference it would make buying a i5 3570 or i7 3770 over i5 7500 and dude its a b75 motherboard i do have overclocking options like multiplier and stuff but isnt overclocking just for the Z77?
