Well, common sense will tell You that G3240. Now all depends on Your budget and usage.

g3240 but only by small margin, i would suggest the g3258 since its faster and can be easily overclocked

Intel Pentium G3240 is a little bit better but if the price difference is huge I would advice you to go with the cheaper one. (The difference in performance is minimal)
