which cpu should i choose

I have an r7 265 and i need a cpu
which one is better i3 4150 or fx 6300
for intel i will upgrade after 3 years and for amd i wont overclock

FX 6300 barely wins against i3 in most titles even after OC, plus it isn't as upgradable. I'd go with Intel right now.

If you're really going to upgrade, then Intel is the way to go.

I do think you'd be better off waiting a couple months and saving the literally $60 or $70 extra it will take to get an i5. Dual-core processors are disappointing, and the FX series have to be pushed to be good.

Upgrade paths have a funny way of closing in three years to where you'd need a new motherboard AND a new CPU. Of course, you could always upgrade to the current-gen i5, but why not get it all taken care of at once.

i3 4150 for gaming much stronger cores than fx 6300 what exactly any game needs.

After 2 or 3 years im going to buy a new mobo
And cpu and im going to play games like bf4 and watch dogs so final fx 6300 or i3 4150

I5 4150 for gaming better than fx 6300 due to stronger cores which is needed for gaming more cores are needed for rendering.
