Which CPU should I get

I am having trouble choosing cpu for my build.My budget is around USD$600.I will be using the pc for gaming and daily use only.I will not be overclocking.I also will not be upgrading the parts for around 3years.For reference,I will include the other parts.
Ram: DDR4 2133(4gb x 2)
GPU:GTX 1060
HDD:1TB
SSD:128GB
if possible can I have a full list of the build?

I would wait and get the i5-8400 when the non overclocking boards come out (Q1 2018) as it has really good single core performance and games quite well. Also will only be about $300 so it saves you a bit of cash for games or something else if needed. You would also have enough for the i7-8700 which is a excellent CPU and has the extra threads/cores which would help if you wanted to stream gaming.

Clarification needed - 600$ is budget for just CPU, mobo, case and PSU, or whole system? If former, please list all components you already have.
