i got new system z790 tuf + 14700k but iam returning cpu due to high voltage issues, i am wondering which cpu should i get now? since 13-14 gens have this issue i wonder if 12 th gen has the same but i want good suggestion of cpu which will go well with my motherboard z790 tuf and also with corsair vengance rgb 6000 2x 16 ram. i couldn't find any compatible suggestions that go well with this ram .

I wouldn't return it, now that you have it. Just make sure bios is up to date, on your motherboard, and you are running the proper Intel defaults.
it is hitting 1.4-.1.5 core voltage while gaming on stock and on undervolt its 1.2-1.38, i asked intel and they said themselves that 1.3-1.4 is on degrading point .

i just needed suggestion on what goes well on my motherboard z790 plus wifi with corsair rgb vengance 6000mhz 2x 16 32gb ram

Be certain that you have selected intel defaults in the bios.
Some selections such as select optimized settings actually does some overclocking.

Also, there many voltages, are you looking at the right ones?

As a mitigation, in windows power profile, try setting max cpu % to 99%, not 100%.
That should disable any inadvertent overclocking.

As an alternative, if you must,
try a I7-14700. It can't be overclocked, and it is marginally slower than the 14700K
