Question Which CPU should I upgrade to ?

The CPU I have right now is an Intel Core 2 Duo E6750 with E6600 STOCK COOLER.
My mobo is a Gigabyte GP35-DS3 rev 2.1.

Give me suggestions for a CPU upgrade and a great cooler for it.
Budget reliable 50-60 euros. CPU I could try buying on AliExpress. Thanks!

Nope, but if it will make you feel better you could put a little bit of electrical tape on it to be sure. Or even a bit of duct tape or something if you dont have electrical tape, it just needs to stick securely to it and not be conductive.

Okay, thanks! Also people said to go to a better PSU but I won't, mine is 350 W, ATX type one, and PSUs of that much can handle over 180+ Wats so I am good, just gonna get the processor and the cooler and a bracket, for the thermal paste I got the MX-6 from Arctic which is overkill
