Those are 4pin PWM fan headers (not RGB headers).

I don't have that type cable for my fan. My fan only has the cable I showed and one that connects to SATA. I have this pic from my previous case, is this an RGB header? Because this is what my fans were previously connected to before I moved them to new case

Your motherboard has 3 argb headers named ADD_GEN2(1/2/3).
Use those to connect argb connectors from your fans.
