Which driver to install first

Hi i have a serious error for 1 year now when i install new ATI drivers when i hit uninstall then next my screen goes black..... Up until 13.2beta where my pc can restart but when i shut down and then open again i get a blue screen and windows has a sort of error and it wont open... so i have to restart and then it opens just fine..... I have a z77vdeluxe board with a sapphire oc 7950 and a 3570K Oc'ed stable at 4.2Ghz. And a small question, if i format which driver should i install first the intel graphics driver the ATI driver and then virtu MVP? Or it doesnt really matter... I have no idea on how to install drivers when formatting
