Which drivers do i need. Which is the chipset driver?

Hi im confused about what drivers i actually need to download and which i dont need for the asrock x370 gaming x motherboard and do i need to download some sort of chipset driver for it and if so where is it i dont see it here https://www.asrock.com/MB/AMD/Fatal1ty%20X370%20Gaming%20X/index.asp#osW1064

You will need all the drivers for this board if you don't want Windows default drivers. I would recommend downloading the "AMD all in 1 driver" this is a driver only package, and has all the drivers for your board.
