5800x is decent for gaming but the GPU is not the best. You have no DLSS or RT. The card will play csgo, dota 2 etc fine and many games at 1080p. Its just not going to be the full AAA experence and the lower graphics settings.
For the RTX 2060 for example DLSS really helps in games that support it. You can set the higher settings or use performance mode to push the resolution.
This image gives you an idea were there gpu sits in the current performance charts. The gpu is at the bottem under turing.

Your cpu is at the bottem

Basically you have a
budget build for gaming.
The top budget PC build via the link has the following specs.
CPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 1660
Graphics: 11th-gen Intel Core i5
RAM: 16GB DDR4
Storage: 512GB SSD
You can play games like World of Warcraft on this kind of PC.
A 5800x3d and a RTX 4070 would be a very decent gaming build for AAA gaming.
If you have a decent PSU, you have good options to later upgrade the GPU.
