1 TB HDD
1366 x 768 Max Res.

I Just Want To Know...
That Which Game Will Run Better On The Above Mentioned Specs...
And Which Game Is More Demanding.

GTAV is more demanding. If it is even possible for you to run it, then it will be on the barebones minimum. With my GTX 750ti, I get good results on medium/high. Here is a link comparing my graphics card to yours.

According to the system requirements of both GTA V and Watch Dogs, Watch dogs is a more graphically demanding game. However neither will run too well with your system.

GTA 5 was released a couple of months ago, not 2 years ago for PC. Don't know what you're talking about. And a 630, 620, it's still not a gaming card period and you won't be able to run it very well, if at all.
