Which games can run on an Acer Aspire 5?

Hi everyone,
I'm going to buy an Acer Aspire 5 which I just can afford. It comes with these specs:

Intel® Core™ i5-7200U processor
NVIDIA® GeForce® MX150 2 GB grafikkort
4 GB Ram
256 GB SSD Harddisk

I know 4Gb of RAM aren't the best but what can I do with these specs gaming-wise? I mostly play Overwatch, GTA V and Borderlands. I have a gaming rig at home so I don't expect ultra graphics or anything. This is just a laptop for some light gaming while i study on the go.

Solution
According to the following review, the ACER ASPIRE 5 A515-51G has 4GB of RAM soldered into the motherboard and there is an available RAM slot for you to install a stick of RAM. The "5631" is likely just a specific model # for a certain configuration.

Here is a picture of the laptop's underside with the cover removed. The RAM slot is located center-right and is currently being occupied by a RAM stick.

Click below for mx150 benchmarks. Note that all of the laptops that have been benchmarked with the mx150 has at least 8GB of RAM. You should install a 4GB DDR4 RAM stick to get a total of 8GB of RAM. Insufficient RAM can cause the game crash, but at the very least it can lower performance because data needs to be constantly swapped between RAM and the hard drive when Windows is running low on RAM, with only 4GB of RAM, that can happen a lot when playing games.

While adding more RAM does not necessary increase the max FPS, it does increase the minimum FPS in a game. For example, you play game X with 4GB of RAM and you get 50 FPS max, and 20 FPS min. Upgrading to 8GB can give you 52 FPS max, and 30 FPS min in game X; this will vary depending on the game. You can read about this in the following link.

Thank you for the detailed solution. Thought this thread was dead in the wind. So I can upgrade my RAM with only 1 4GB DDR4 RAM stick and that equals 8? - Is the second 4GB RAM hidden or do I have to replace the current RAM with an 8GB DDR4 RAM stick? (I don't know a whole lot about computers so sorry if I sound ignorant.)
