Stupid ignorant, ati 3200 runs perfectly fine games from 2000 up to 2007, even new games run (not that fine but anyway).

LOL why you mad dude, are you the engineer that designed the HD 3200 or something? Being able to launch a game without crashing doesn't mean it runs "perfectly fine", and the HD 3200 isn't even capable of that with new games (real games off retail shelves, not farmville or some other browser game). This guy may be looking to buy a gaming PC, now you've basically recommended he get one with some old shitty entry level IGP that is not at all appropriate for gaming, maybe you should think before YOU post, or better yet just don't.
