I'd go with the partpicker build, stronger and uppgradable

I prefer I5-4430 over FX-8350, but pcpartpicker has better PSU and a better motherboard
By the way you can get the FX-8320 and overclock it only a little to get the 8350 performance.
I also recommend you to get a entry level air cooler as i think you arent going for extreme overclock. Get the CoolerMaster Hyper 212 EVO with the pcpartpicker pc.
