which Gaming PC is better

I was wondering whether the digital storm Vanquish 2 level 3 which is supposedly built with really good parts. or Ibuypowers build your own from walmart with specs Case

the motherboard is a Gigabyte 970A-D3P
I know that the R9-280x is supposedly better and that AMD FX 8350 is better. But should I take a computer thta is not as good but is a lot better made with a lot better parts. Or a good gaming rig and hope that it doesnt break because it is not made out of the best parts?

Looking at the specs of the digital storm, it doesn't really strike me as being all that much better in terms of parts. the processor is probably faster but in terms of quality, they're probably pretty similar. The digital storm has a H81 motherboard which is not really enthusiast class, very entry level. I'd say go with the ibuypower to get the R9 280X which will definitely outperform the GTX760.

i noticed two things that seems suspicious.
"Gaming grade memory" really? at 1333hz?
Why ibuypower name is on everything? i havent heard any gpu's ibuypower before.

its just because there the company shipping the parts. they're just saying Ibuypower because the parts come from there website
