Hey Guys, I'm going to get a PC, Which one of these should I get? The reason Why the title states dedicated readers is because there is ALOT to be read.

VIDEO: Dual NVIDIA GeForce GTX 770s 2GB GDDR5 16X PCIe 3.0 Video Cards in SLI [+159] (Major Brand Powered by NVIDIA

PC 2:
CPU:Intel® Core™ i7-4770K 3.50 GHz 8MB Intel Smart Cache LGA1150 (All Venom OC Certified)
GPU:NVIDIA GeForce GTX TITAN 6GB GDDR5 PCIe 3.0 x16 Video Card

I know there are only a few differences in the two PCs. But the ones that ARE there are HUGE. Whic PC here is more powerful. And budget wise, which one should I get. Thanks in advance guys

Are these set in stone? Pre-built? Or are you willing to change some of the components inside?

If no changes allowed, then first computer, not as strong but strong enough, even if I am a stranger I don't want you throwing money away (actually I'm not sure if a Titan is stronger than a 770 SLI or not, either way it's still more expensive)

edit: heh saw some of the [+$$$] brackets, I guess this is from CyberPowerPC or a similar site? Still, the dual GTX 770s, even if they have a lower overall allowed VRAM usage, it's still a hell lot more economical than a freaking Titan
