which GPU better?

Hi im new to PC and i have maybe a noob question. If i get a graphics from different people will the card be different? Like will a gtx 1060 be different from asus and msi and gigabite or will a 1060 get me the same fps no matter who its from

The oc will be different on different cards but they will be pretty close. Just be sure to pick one with a good cooling solution and you will be able to overclock yourself.

They have similar performance in most cases. It depends if the cards are factory overclocked so they may have a small performance difference between +/-10% (most cards +/-5%)
