Question Which GPU + CPU combo is better

Combo 1: RX 5700 + Ryzen 5 3600
Combo 2: RX 5600 XT + Ryzen 5 3600XT

For mainly esports (apex legends, warzone, valorant, csgo, r6, etc) and a little bit of video editing.

Edit: Everyone is saying combo 1, but I just realised that it is out of my budget so what combo would be better than the RTX 2060 + Ryzen 5 3600 (something that won't cost too much more since this combo is around 500 and I don't wanna spend more than 550)

Your best bet would be 5700 + 3600
Only significant gain from the 3600xt is an apu. Which wont really help you when your using a dedicated gpu anyways.

The 3600XT is an improved Ryzen 5 3600 / 3600X that features higher clocks for a slight boost in performance. There is no APU in that CPU.

While I agree that the 5700+3600 would be a little better, the 3600 XT is not an APU. Neither CPU has integrated graphics. The 3600 XT just clocks slightly higher, but both perform within a few percent of one other, making the performance differences between those CPUs mostly unnoticeable in practice.

The 5700 tends to be around 10-15% faster than a 5600 XT though, which is likely to make more of a performance difference in most games.

If you actually want to pay more for a Ryzen CPU, the new 5600X would be the next logical step up, although those are hard to find at the moment.

Edit: Just to clarify, the 5600X is a 6-core, 12-thread CPU like the 3600, but it can push upward of 20% more FPS in games when performance is CPU-limited, which it could be in some of these esports titles when running with "competitive" graphics settings. Despite the similar naming schemes, the 5600X CPU is not directly related to the 5600 XT graphics card, aside from both being current AMD hardware. AMD just decided to name their new CPUs similar to their graphics cards for some reason. >_>
