Which GPU for this rig?

I'm aware CPU's can be bottlenecks at times, so would a Gtx 950, or 750 ti be better paired with the core i3-6100 skylake processor?

If you play at 1080p- you can just set image quality a bit higher and GTX950 will be loaded just as well

I would also go with the gtx 950. It is an improved 750 ti, and I see no reason to go with the 750 ti
Before the AMD launch I would have said the RX 480, but due to the massive power problems I will no longer recommend it until such time as there is a fix.

think about maybe waiting for the GTX 1050 or GTX 1060 coming sometime in the fall probably

The loyal i3s are probably the most underrated processors out there, that thing is really good and if someone would pair it with a GTX 1080 I wont Blame them either.
That CPU wont bottleneck no need to worry, Get the best graphics card that your budget allows.
