I know the ASUS ROG is more expensive then the founder's edition, but I was wondering if the extra price is worth it for me. Here is the link for the cards: https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/shop/geforce/?page=1&limit=9&locale=en-us&gpu=RTX 2080 Ti&sorting=hp The top graphics card, that shows up, is the founder's edition, and the second one that shows up is the ASUS ROG one. Currently, I have an i9-9900k Intel processor, a GTX 1060 6GB GDRR5 graphics card, and two 1080p 60hz displays. In the near future, I will be buying a third 1440p 144hz monitor.

Nvidia is not going to put something other than their own design up top.

that said the two are not even comparable. The max boost clock on the FE is 1635 while the Asus ROG is 1815 in OC mode or 1800 in Gaming mode. It also has slightly faster VRAM, 1850MHz vs 1750MHz, than the FE. On top of all of that the card has a custom built liquid cooling loop on it, not just a normal heatsink and fan.

That review shows its betetr. They even were able to OC their sample to 2115MHz and the memory to 2110MHz. The temps are pretty damn good under load and even with that OC they only go up 1c vs stock.

Its a very nice GPU.

However the ROG Strix also can OC well, only...

However the ROG Strix also can OC well, only problem is it is heatsink and fan only which means cooling wont be as good.
