Which GPU is better r7 250 or GT 750?

I just wanted to know that which GPU is good for gaming?

The r7 250 or the GT 740

I am a bit confused in choosing a graphics card between these two.

Or if there is another card under the budget of 7k please inform me.

Yes you can't..that's why I suggested you to wait and save some. and parts in India are expensive. so its ok if you choose 750 ti. hope your PCIe 1.1 don't affect much..still a good card, go for it !!!

I can only extend my budget UpTo 8k RS.
Because Is have recently bought a gaming keyboard and mouse.

Also will 1gb be enough for latest games or I should go for 2gb model?

Ok,,bro then I suggest you to wait and save some money and get a latest GPU. 1 or 2gb in 2017 seriously..you can only play Mario Game with that VRAM in 2017.
and I know you want to play games but with these cards you can't play games like GTA 5, Mafia 3 and other such games (practically you can play but with low settings and low FPS which in my opinion is waste for gaming system-as you already bought gaming mouse and keyboard)
try to go in shop and get a GTX 1050 ti bargain with shop keeper. if you are lucky then you'll end up with new GPU otherwise wait.
Nahi toh regret karega 740 n R7 250 ke sath

My PC specs:
Cpu : intel e5700 3.00 GHz
Ram : 4gb ddr3 1333mhz
PSU : Intex 450 watts standard smps
Mobo : ECS g41t-m7

Bro,do you think my PC can handle a GTX 1050?
If yes, then I will seek your suggestions.

Unfortunately, it will bottleneck. so I'll go with Nvidia 740 cuz it performs better in gaming

Now I saw your question..you mentioned Gt 750 in question and 740 in description..so which GPU you want to buy 750 or 740?
With 750 you'll get around 40-45+ in GTA 5
and with 740 you'll get 30-35 in GTA 5, enough for HD and budget gaming.
I did not tested above games with those GPUs. this are all assumptions..
You can google these games with desire GPU for benchmarks.
Hope this will helps.
and I think Witcher 3, bf1 will have hard time on that system (might not run at all)

I apologise for my mistake it was GT 740 in question instead of GT 750.

Anyway if I pair my PC with a zotac GTX 750 ti,will it be a good pair?

And now,how much fps I am going to get on the previous listed games? Will Witcher 3 again make trouble?

Also will the GPU may cause any problems due to the Pcie x16 v1.1 slot?

First yes, It will cause performance drop if you put PCIe x16 3.0 card on 1.1 due to bandwidth limitations of PCIe X16 1.1. dunno how much it will affect your performance, but still...

And yes, you can run Witcher 3 with that GPU with low settings.

one little advice: save some money and upgrade to new system later.
if you upgrade now with outdated components due to budget, you can only play some current games and older one (with low settings)..future of games will be more graphics demanding so sooner or later you will need to upgrade once again say after 6 or 9 months. so its better to save some money and get a latest system rather than upgrading old system which has limited options. its pointless to get a gpu and run on system that holds back its performance.

whats your budget?.. and what is the purpose like only gaming?
upgrading system can be messy.. as you can not upgrade only a few parts. there are few things that you need to look for.
upgrading only CPU + mobo won't be enough. newer generation CPU supports DDR4 memory and you have DDR3.
and you also need a good PSU that intex is crap. so you need a all new system.
so give me a budget for whole system and I'll give you parts list.
go to the shop trade your old system and buy new components from same dealer..this will save few thousands (don't except much, you can save Rs. 2000-5000)
