Question Which gpu should i buy for my system?

If a 2060 fits your budget then go for it. I would not want to run anything more power hungry on that psu.

That psu should just be enough for the 2060, get whichever gpu you prefer from those 3.

Ignore this comment in my opinion. If you've got a 12100 or 12100f, that is a modern platform. Not sure why they would say that.

Id suggest 1660, 2060, RX 6600, or RX 6600 XT. All depending on the PSU. IMO I would suggest to get a 1660 or 1660 Super if you're on a budget.

The other one to look at as well, not sure about power consumption vs the 2060, but you may look at the 5600 xt if it is available as well. It should be close to a2060, but the 2060 should do ray tracing a lot better. Although at that performance tier you probably aren't doing a lot of ray tracing to begin with.
