Well i have rx 570 8gb, honestly its quite good, I play almost all of the games, but in read dead 2 it showed it's age and i am liking new gpus, i want my new gpu to be at least twice as strong, my specs are:

CPU: Ryzen 7 2700x

RAM: 32GB 3000MHZ

GPU: rx 570 8gb

MB: MSI B450 A PRO

PSU: Evga supernova 750W

HDD: 1TB and 2TB

SSD:250GB

DISPLAY: Asus Full HD 144hz ips

so i am not gonna upgrade my display to 1440p or 4k anytime soon so i just want to play everything at max 60+fps.

i also edit videos, so it would be good to choose a gpu which would help me shorten render times.
also i am willing to wait for couple of months, i am a patient boi

thx

That's the problem, to me, noone can in good faith recommend a gpu at pricepoint X at this moment

if things settle, and they will, a clearer price/performance/value hierarchy will emerge

sure you could buy a gpu now, but you probably will end up kicking yourself later
because better options will soon emerge for your pricepoint

THAT being said if you cannot wait, i'd go for a gigabyte gaming OC 8gb 5700XT, this provides good value
and depending on your locality should be less or equal to your pricepoint
Honestly i would wait untill the market settles
for now amd is battling nvidia and and it seems things are tilting towards amd (but this is on paper as no 3rd party benchmarks are out yet)

so do wait until mid jan and then come back to ask this question :)

TL;DR: wait a bit longer for the market and prices to settle to get the best deal for you

Will it settle though? i was thinking about rtx 3060 or something
i want a gpu probably around 300$

I am not in a hurry, i can wait but i want to have an idea how much should i wait and what should i get when waiting is over.
