Which Gpu should i get?

I want to play games but i dont know which graphics card would be best.
Here are my specs:
Hp Pavillion
Cpu- Intel core 2 quad q9300 2.5ghz
3gb RAM
Windows Vista Home Premium
Psu- 300W
Motherboard- Pegatron Benicia
Current Gpu- Nvidia geforce 9300 ge
I think that is it. Please, any recommendations are welcome as i am new to all this.

GTX 750ti would be best for a 300W PSU

300W is a key restriction to choice of GPU here.
EVGA 750ti uses only 60W, great performance for such low wattage
