which gpu should I get

Ok so I decided i was gonna get the gtx 1060 3gb over 16gb of ram, but now im stuck, Ok so what should I get the gtx 1060 3gb or RX480 8gb, So where I live the gtx 1060 3gb costs $295, the rx480 8gb costs $329, and for refrance the gtx 1060 6gb costs $385, And just to let you know in a years time I will be upgrading to a 1080ti or whatever is the most powerful card out.

If you're upgrading in a year why not just get a 1050ti and use that. Should run anything in 1080p at 60fps with adjusted settings. Or if and prices are lower you could get a 470/570 which is pretty close to the 1060/480 and a big improvement over the 1050ti

Well no matter what card i'm getting i will be selling it to my friend for like $30 less than what I bought
besides the fact that if i choose the rx 480 is selling for $400 on ebay, plus the fact the the 570 costs $360
