4070 Super Gaming OC for 754 USD ?

Budget is kind of tight, only gonna be playing for 2k on my monitor and 4k on my TV screen later on with a PS5..

Worth the 16VRAM ? or is 12 Vram enough? considering that I'll probably sell it in 3 years for an upgrade
