So i made a thread a while back on whether to get a 580 8gb or 1060 6gb, the obviouse result was 6gb 1060 is faster and the 2gb lost ram isnt much.
But with that being a while back i wanted to try again with the new prices etc.
I'd prefer not to spend much money as 5-6 years of life dosent seem worth more than $400 AUD and the fact most of the cards dont offer more than 1 year warrenty.

My current graphics card is an old r9 270x which has a weird problem where any game over 720p crashes constantly, so any upgrade is great but i just want the best for the money and the time. I dont play many games mainly rust (low-med graphics) bit of cs/fortnut and sometimes newer gen games. I want a card that will be still running fine in 4 years with all the new games like (Anthem,The division 2 etc) coming out this year, I would really like to be able to play these games at 60fps or even higher.
