Question Which gpu to get

I currently have

Ryzen 5 5600

16gb ram

1070 ti

corsair cv550w psu

my options are RX 6700 XT for 400€, RTX 3060 TI for 370€ and RTX 4060 for 350€
is rtx 4060 worth it because of dlss 3

I need upgrade to last me about a year and a half till new gen comes out, because I plan to build high end pc when rtx 5000 and rx 8000 series comes out(or however it will be called), and don't want to spend much money now.

So I'm not looking to keep it for 2+ years, probably give it to family member after.

Also I'm playing on 1080p 144hz monitor

Currently it's okay, but I plan to play newer games in which it kinda sucks even on medium settings(etc ratchet and clank, the last of us)

You might want to add a psu to the mix.

I would save money for that newer gpu and psu.
1070ti can still hold its own in newer games, you might have to cope with lower quality tho :/

less might and more like should to me. the 650W version could be relied on but the CV550 is only just going to be enough for current gens.

I hate Nvidia marketing for this. DLSS doesn't fix the fact that this thing suck on raw rasterization, in the games where DLSS or any other Temporal Super Resolution system isn't by your side you're stuffed. The 6700XT would be my pick out of the 3 if you really want the boost right now. 7700XT could be lucrative too if they can keep the same power consumption behavior.
