Nvidia GeForce GTS 450 if you can find it. Or a AMD Radeon 6670 is also good for 65$. The 450 is a little more. Although I don't know a whole lot about cheaper graphics cards, on 3DMark11's website these are two of the best ones that score around 2000. You won't get much for 70 bucks but you'll definitely be able to game because I have a GT650m overclocked and it scores a 2550P and I can play ANY game even Crysis 3 on fairly medium settings with 1xSMAA with over 30 FPS. I can also play Far Cry 3 on medium with no AA at over 30FPs.

I'd go with this card...

http://www.amazon.com/EVGA-Superclocked-Mini-HDMI-Graphics-01G-P3-1452-TR/dp/B0041RRNDK/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1365695790&sr=8-2&keywords=gtx+450

It's 10 dollars over your budget but you can get an easy 2500-3000 3Dmark11 score because this ones overclocked. Out of all the cards I've searched for it seems the best band for your buck. Although personally I'd at least go with a new generation 7750, you can get those for around 90$. That's what I would do being as this is a new generation card although GTS 450 performs about the same, it is over two years old.

Edit: BTW, a 9800GT can't hold a candle to the cards I've mentioned, but neither can the GT630. Both are way too under powered to even consider. Out of the new gen cards, the GTX650 or 7750 would be the worst I'd ever go with.

Well at that price there are new gen cards that perform the same and need less W :)

And @eric

Look at the website i posted. The price are not the same as in us :)

The GT630 only has 96 cores compared to the 650's 384. There are just better cards out there and my brother has a GT630m and he can game at 1366x768 but if he hooks up to a 1920x1080 screen it's impossible. And the 630 and 630m have the same amount of cores and the performance is very similar. It is in his price range, but just too low powered for me taste. That's why I would go with last gen. cards for better prices. He could at least get the 6670, which is 64.99.

That is a very low card. Its kinda integrated one.

The best solution would be waiting a bit more to increase budget and get a better GPU. At least 7750. That will allow you to game easily at that resolution .

Well new games not really.Think about crysis 3 :) high demmanding game. The games you posted yes but new ones i dont think so. Games comes more deammanding from day to day. So that 6570 will not help you for 2-3 years. IMO save and get HD 7750. That will do the job that you are asking :)

Good Luck !

I was telling about FIFA Series ie. FIFA 14,15 etc, and some racing and fps games not games like crysis 3 which melts the PC. this is little off topic question but do you know some good racing games which will run on the card pretty well.
thanks

definitely don't want to get a gt 610. That's way low end. THat's for like watching movies. Now that you mention your resolution you probably could get the GT630. I recommend saving up and getting at least a 7770 or 650Ti. Both of them you can get for around 125 USD. Of course that's twice your price range. So you could go with 7750 for 90 USD. You gotta find deals too. Don't buy the first one you see.

Edit: A 7750 will not be good for 2-3 years. He's going to need at least a 7770 or 650Ti to be good for 2+ years. I can't see much further ahead than 2 years. No telling how high performance graphics will be by then.

Yes it will at that res he is accepting to play even at low so 7750/70 will do great for 2-3 years.
