My system's speccs are as follows:
Bought a new CPU: Core 2 Duo E6600 @ 2.4 Ghz, 4MB L2
Memory: 4 GB @ 800 mhz, dual-channel
Mobo: Bio star : P4M890-M7 Socket : 775
PSU: 450 W

I bought a zotac GT 750.. when someone said if I have a pci ex16 slot it ll work.. I had a intel dual core e2140 1.6 GHz which was not compatible. The monitor never turned on. So I returned the graphics card and bought a core 2 duo E6600 which is yet to arrive. But I wanted some help in finding what graphics card will fit this specs.. I have no idea of over clocking . But I use adobe premier and Photoshop. Kindly help. Thank you

But because the GT 750 did not work on my Intel e2140 1.6 GHz I was not sure if it is going to work on the yet to arrive Intel e6600 2.4 GHz . So I booked a return for the zotac GT 750 2gb ddr3. Do u want me to hold on to it until I receive the processer and check if it works or not.. or would u want me buy something else which u know will definitely be compatible with the e6600.
Slight bottleneck is not an issue but I am not into games so don't think It is necessary for me to buy a powerful one that might bottleneck.

Before going for the gtx 650 .. I still am holding on to the zotac gt710 2gb ddr3. I just wanna know if it ll work on my mobo (p4 m890 m7) with the Intel e6600 processer I have ordered.

One thing is, why are you book an old Intel processor ? Why not get the new one,. maybe Pentium G at least with a new system runs, you won't get any trouble with new hardware.

One thing is my mobo is too old and I thought of building a one next year.. and for now I thought I ll upgrade it with what ever the mobo is compatible with.. as on the website for the mobo.. e6700 is the last of the series that is compatible with the p4 m890 m7 so I bought a e6600 from a friend.. I just am not sure about the gt710 2gb gpu's compatibility with the processor. But I checked it on a e7400 it worked but I want to know if it's works on a e6600

yeah, im not even sure your chipset is compatible for newer cards

You will need PCI Express 2.0 at least for compatibility with the newest video cards. I was unable to find any information on the PCIe slots you do have other then there size. I was not able to find slot revision status.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PCI_Express#PCI_Express_2.0

Your motherboard came out in 2007 and so did PCIe 2.0, given Biostars low quality and inexpensive products it would surprise me if this motherboard was revision 2.0 on PCIe.
